As a Legal Nurse Consultant, I am a medical insider who knows the inner workings of our
complex health care system first hand. My professional expertise as a Registered Nurse,
Certified Registered Nurse Coder and Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, qualifies me to provide
the following services:
- CASE REVIEW / CASE SCREENING for merit. This service is a cost-effective and time-saving
alternative to reliance upon physicians to review, summarize and analyze medical records.
- MEDICAL RECORD REVIEW with a complete analysis performed with development of chronology
and timeline of events. The analysis will include interpretation of medical terminology, detection
of missing or tampering of medical records, an understanding of health care issues and a deviation
from Standards of Care, identification of causation and damages. In conclusion, a comprehensive
summary report of the medical record review will be provided to the attorney to use as a study
tool for interrogatories, depositions and trial procedings.
